Tickets for our urban bus services are managed by TransLink, on behalf of the Queensland Government
go card is TransLink’s electronic ticketing system that allows travel on all TransLink bus, train and ferry services. You can use your go card on all urban services operated by Transdev in Queensland on behalf of TransLink.
The go card offers great value for money and is easy to use. All you need to do is top up the balance at one of 500 participating retailers, then touch on and off each time you board a TransLink bus, ferry or train. You can find out more about go cards by visiting the TransLink website.
The go card offers great value for money, however TransLink also offers a variety of other tickets, including single paper tickets, school tickets and special access passes.

Fare zones and peak/off-peak times
TransLink operates services across 23 zones. Fares are calculated and based on the number of zones you travel through during your journey. To find out more about zones, visit www.translink.com.au.
Peak times are from 2am to 9am and 3.30pm to 7pm weekdays, except public holidays. Off-peak times are from 9am to 3.30pm and after 7pm weekdays until 2am the following day and all day weekends and public holidays. Last trip must be commenced before off-peak ends.
